Prepping clients for lash extensions

Here's a quick video showing you how I cleanse, apply eye pads, prep/ph balance the lashes and tidy up old extensions before I even start applying lashes. Every single client, whether a new set of lashes or an infill, receives this procedure at the start of an appointment.

I made this video for my instagram for the purpose of client education. I think its important that clients know what to expect when coming in for lashes and that part of their lash appointment time includes usually at least 5-6 minutes of just prepping the lashes.
