Honestly, that is one thing I'm trying to work on! I find, especially with filming videos of his pressure to do so much in a video, and I really beat myself up about it😅 but you're so right even if I did one thing that still great! And even if I didn't do anything, that's also still OK!!

Walking makes me feel so much better. It’s harder now with the earlier dark days, guess im lucky in Michigan it gets dark at 5pm instead of 4pm. At least here winter hasn’t hit that much yet/temps have been above freezing most days so I have been able to carefully walk and avoid wet areas that could be icy.

Also, I always catch you up with my life, hope you don’t mind. my town is experiencing a bad flooding here in Germany and my work is about to go under water. And it keeps raining. My December was a whole damn nightmare with Covid, long Covid, flooding, losing a friendship. However, I still managed to have some Christmas spirit and really beautiful moments in between it all. So thankful for that.

So it may not be for other countries but at least in Canada (Ontario specifically) our electricity is priced by "time of use" meaning it's more expensive to use at certain times. So daytime is the most expensive whereas evenings, weekends and holidays is a lower rate. So we try and avoid high electricity activities like laundry during peak daytime hours!
