Hi Hannah. Why don’t you put the fuse ball table and exercise bike in your screened in exercise room. You could also upgrade the exercise room and replace the screens with windows that have a built in screen, then you could make better use of this room and you and your family could enjoy your game room to the fullest.

I still have my tree up, too. I took everything else down, but the tree and a wreath I made from my former MIL’s ornaments, are still up. It took me most of December to get everything put out since I was recovering from being super sick in November. So, I just can’t bring myself to take the tree down, yet. Hubby is starting to get antsy about it, now, though, so it’ll probably come down in the next week. 😂 Hope you enjoyed having your company! ❤️

I think that a very small lamp would be a good idea on the night side tables, if your not used to your surroundings and you get up in the night it would be nice to be able to turn on a little light.

I’m still a fan of putting big glass sliding windows (double glazed?) into your exercise room. Then the exercise bike and fuseball table could go in there! Giving you the space you need in your games room. Love your ethos, Hannah. Regards Susan.

Lots getting done! Thought you had a designated exercise room off the living room. That is where I would put the bike and anything like it. The guest room works. Thought the sofa might be better under the window but then maybe the foosball wouldn't fit. Could move the foosball to the exercise room for the visit so that the guest room feels more spacious. Of course if the guests are young, they may love having the foosball there. How about designing a Murphy bed for the room and then designing the "game" part around that? Bet a lot of people would love to see how to make a Murphy bed!

With the pretty good weather you have, I’d keep the exercise bike on your screened in porch and the fooseball table on the patio out back. Or if you only have guests a few times a year, leave the room as is since it works for your family.

Hello Hannah! If you don’t have guests no more that 2-3 times a year, I suggest keep the set up you have. Because the room will be used more by you, hubby, kids & not guests. Maybe move the game table to screen in porch if possible to allow for comfortable sofa sitting/tv watching. Take care❤️

Yes we probably will just leave the setup we have :) we get alot of dust here in AZ so if i put the game table on the porch it would have to be covered, but we may end up doing it someday

At least you guys can quickly set the bed up for guests. Maybe a small lamp on one of the nightstands so guests won't have to shut the light off on the wall and then walk to the bed in the dark. Especially since there's other things in there. Watching you tidy up your pantry reminds me I need to do mine. It got a little untidy over Christmas. With your older boys, do you do a snack system/shelf/ for them to get what they want independently? I'll keep a small amount of a variety of different snacks on a shelf where my oldest can reach them and he's able to get a snack whenever he needs one without always having to ask one of us for help doing it, which has been very nice overall!

I just had my entire interior painted and all the ceilings re surfaced So what I am doing is trying to get the house, room by room put back together. I have never seen such a mess of plaster dust and messy floors. I think it will take at least a week...large house, heavy furniture, original art and just me. But, I'm very happy with the results. It's a put on you big girl pants and get busy moment...or week😁 I have a new appreciation for all you have done in your lovely home over the last 2 years...has it really been 2 years?

Everything looks so nice! You were are the inspiration of why I have all the nice clear containers as you do in your pantry. Each time I ordered groceries from *W* I would order one whatever size for that grocery haul and eventually I have gotten a nice set of 14 or so. I love them. When I go grocery shopping now, I just open the pantry door and can take stock of what I have left in the clear container of pasta, cereal, snacks etc flour sugar and whatever. No need to shake each cereal box or whatever to see what I need. It's perfect! Loved seeing you old baby in your arms.......such a beautiful baby boy. No worries about having your Christmas tree up til late. I love the tree up until at least the feast of Epiphany Jan 6.......and any time after that it can come down. I remember one year so much was going on I am sure it was into the middle of Feb or later before I took mine down. I love to sit and look at it and in the evening the fire and tree is so peaceful........so enjoy your tree and no worries about the time! :-) Loved the cleaning video.......you always inspire me to get it done. TY for that. Being retired and home full time, it can get daunting when I just want to chill sometimes and not keep a normal routine. When the kids were young I had to have it all done so I could feel organized and on a good routine........now not so much. LOL God bless, and thank you for your inspiration and enjoy your company. Boy! I wish that I could keep my pantry as clean as yours. Oh it starts out that way, but other members of the house just put things back where they do not belong. I even have the shelves marked, and there will be cereal with canned goods, oils with cereal, baking goods with the liquids (oils, vinegars, sauces) I just feel what's the use. I usually gather all and put back into their spaces when doing inventory and shopping list. Once I found 3 large containers of Taco Seasoning because of the unorganization. My husband asked why so many, and I told him why. he makes sure to put things away properly now.

If you put your washed pots and pans upside down on your towel,you can let them air dry while you do other things,but even if you want to dry them and put them away immediately, it will still allow more water to drain out for easier drying.

I also use plastic containers for the yogurts but mine have space for two rows of them. My sofa although having a chaise lounge in one of the corners, can open into a two person bed. It slides, doesn't unfold so the seats act as the mattress and are very comfortable. Levinis growing so fast! He has an adorable sweet little face. I hope that you have enjoyed time with your guests.

Our exercise room is a screened in porch, and I like to workout at night and it's been really cold lately at night so just keeping the bike inside for now :)

I saw someone already suggested a sofa bed. Another option is a futon, and you could even get a mattress pad to go on top to make it extra comfy for sleeping. One last idea would be to get a trundle day bed. Line the back with pillows, so you can sit on it like a couch, and then remove them for sleeping, and the trundle underneath would give you extra room for an additional mattress.

Adorable baby ! Also love ur cleaning videos ! The side tables for guests w/snacks is so thoughtful and loving ! I like ur game room - guests don’t come that often so u can keep it the way it is or just move the bike to ur exercise room and place a heater in screens in porch or make that ur next project and make it an all seasoned room ( insulated )… but again I love the game room - it’s gorgeous
