You have no idea how crazy in love my kids and I are with these cookies. I’ve tried 3 recipes of yours which are the Churros, Confetti Cookies and the Chicken Enchiladas and they have turned out to be exactly how it looks on your videos and so yummy. I have 8 kids and pleasing all 8 can sometimes be a challenge but with your videos and the recipe links has made it so much easier knowing that as long as I follow your recipes nothing can go wrong. I made these yesterday and they came out amazing 😊 I added ½ more flour and pressed the dough balls down before putting them in the oven and they came out crunchy just like I wanted. I keep them in the fridge and reheat them in the microwave when I want one.

I made these, albeit with slightly less desirable whole wheat flour and (by my husband's suggestion) Reese's Pieces instead of sprinkles, hand mixing, and not cooling before baking. The result is still great. Thanks for always sharing awesome recipes!

Do you remember the old fashioned mixers? The beaters look like oval whisks. I think that's why beating ingredients like butter and sugar or eggs always came out fluffy. The type of one-dimensional beater doesn't really incorporate as much air as traditional beaters do. Nice recipe.
