In your house do you only focus on food or do you budget for housing, education for your kids, transport etc? The government is just a bigger family with many more people who all have different needs .....and you can't focus on one need and leave out other needs. Housing will create jobs and even that who cannot even afford Unga at 100/- will have purchasing power. Even at a personal level you tighten your belt to improve your life unless you were born in riches.... that's where Kenya is many needs, fewer resources, you balance everything out to improve your future
