The treasury is not separate. It's a part of the executive branch of government. I could see many potential reasons that would make Trump's administration unworkable. (1). Trump's own "I know more than they do" attitude (2). Too many egos in the room. It was all good to get the Adrenalin pumping during the election, but not so much after the party is over, and real work begins (3). Appointees over estimated their abilities (4). Some very gung-ho, even racist elements in Trump's camp. (5). Many lawsuits to counter Trump's over-the-top and illegal Executive Orders. And that is but a short list of what is waiting him within the US... Without the US, there wold be countries sharpening their pencil to stick it into Trump's eyes. He is offending so many countries, and so many of them are US allies !! ' Interestingly, some commentators said that his second term wold be a more mature, more sober one in comparison to his 1st, I am beginning to see the opposite...he is getting more radical, more chaotic, and more bullish. The clean sweep has gotten to his head. No amount of Baron Trump is going to help the old man !
