She is on PEDs. Don't kid yourself. Stop comparing to unachievable naturally results. None of these "athletes" are drug free. Not to mention you will beat her easily on the bench. The rules of IPF for benching are so moronic and retarded that Down syndrome patients are perceived as normal. Also, that squat form was questionable to say the least. She should be going 10-20% wider on that stance. No idea why she has that fetish of shooting her ass and knees quickly , then the hips follow. It results into a lower back ER rush out.

@@Ouipeetz Not very good if you're trying to use the bench press as a proxy to tell who is strongest though. Powerlifting, at least in the lower weight classes, has become more a sport of skill than strength, when it was supposed to be the other way around.

why? its not like the lifter disappears. the lifter misses it barely, she just needs a touch to get it back up. 2 average guys are way more than enough

Try this technique. It allows the use of more back strength in raising the weight back up plus it almost guarantees depth since you can actually feel your hips going below the waist through that stance.
