Her squat looks like a good morning. More hamstring glutes and lower back dominance.

Glute and back yes, hamstring no. Hamstrings only kick in if the weight moves forward on the ascent. She looks like that in the hole because of her torso/femur ratio.

PuffinStuff just my opinion, some women who do deadlifts, spread their legs so far , that it looks easier and the lift is not as high... you hardly see men spreading legs way far out..
@jter2839

@@jimgaines7340you are talking about sumo. Studies show that there are pros and cons to both sumo and conventional deadlifts, but neither is better nor easier. It just depends on what works best for the individual. If it were easier, everyone who holds records would all be doing sumo, but that is not the case.
@jimgaines7340

PuffinStuff quick question.. I’m not a professional like these appear to be, but when they do flat bench press.. why do they arch their backs.. ? I don’t see people doing that at the gym.. is that proper form? No pun intended
@jter2839
@jter2839 5 жыл бұрын
@@jimgaines7340 we naturally have an arch in our backs for one. Also, they are engaging their lats while doing the bench press which allows them to do a stronger lift while also supporting the shoulders which are prone to injury because it is such a mobile joint. You don't have to over arch like a lot of powerlifters do, but a little is actually very safe and preferred if you are planning on lifting a lot. I go to a gym where there are a lot of powerlifters and body builders and they all arch to some extent.

@jimgaines7340 5 жыл бұрын
williesamdavis503 lol.. I see it all the time.. a lot of people keep their back straight.. in that case. They should make the bench arched . That way it would be easier. 😅
@williesamdavis503
@williesamdavis503 5 жыл бұрын
Jim Gaines you’re absolutely full of shit dog. Just start watching. I honestly can’t find literally one single fucking comp where they don’t arch their back you moron. The only reason you’d keep a straight back is for banging out reps for sets. The arched back allows the leg drive and allows recruitment of more muscles and is COMPLETEY legit. So why, on a one rep max would you not arch when it clearly gives you a power advantage? 🤦🏾‍♂️
@jimgaines7340
@jimgaines7340 5 жыл бұрын
williesamdavis503 I guess you arch your back like that too.. when I watch NFL combine, when they do the bench press, why don’t they arch their backs? If it’s the correct way like u said..
@williesamdavis503
@williesamdavis503 5 жыл бұрын
Jim Gaines 😂 are you serious right now? NFL ... Powerlifting... I’m pretty sure those are 2 different sports. So since you’re fucking slow I’ll say it again, the arched back is for a one rep max. If you don’t know why the fuck they do it then you don’t know shit and never lifted so should probably just not watch if it bothers you so much. Jesus Christ man 🤦🏾‍♂️
