Arizona? Heat ? And horses ? Any info on heat adjustment for the horses.

My husband and I like the idea of moving to a horse area like this. I have two horses and do dressage. Could you send me some info on prices etc? I live presently in queen creek az on our own property. 2 acres. I’m tired of the heat, want a bit cooler and going to retire soon.
