This area was much smaller in the late 90's. Which is when I was there last. Real estate was not too spendy then either. Now most homes start at a million. lol!

You actually missed the entire center of Town.....you need to turn onto Glassford for that tour....

I remember when hwy 69 was a 2 lane highway. I grew up there in the Eastern part of town from 1989 to 2013. I moved away to WV where I have been since. I miss PV when it had like 15,000 residents. Now it's over 50k I believe.

This is a town . I live here . This has become over populated and most of us our country folk . There are not enough places to eat , so most of us do home cooking and barbecue. There is not enough places to shop but we love our local folks that have shops . Now that if you go to Phoenix which I’m sure you did , that is a city .

In 1980 we called it jack rabbit flats. We hunted jack rabbits and there were only about 70 mobile homes.

Prescott Valley is the worst place, they destroyed the pronghorn herd and now want to run a 5 lane freeway through the Dells, which will end them. They want to make it the biggest city in Northern Arizona. Horrible.

Seriously flawed video. Not a city but a town. And there's no tour through the town, just driving down 69 doesn't count. It's like driving on I-405 through Los Angeles and saying you've taken a tour.
