Depends on the area. Some of the areas on the backside of Prescott Valley contain parcels that are partially located in the flood plain. They have many restrictions regarding building. That is why you hire good help

The altitude of Prescott Valley is close to 5000 feet, not the 3500-4200 feet you stated.

Don't due it winter an heat can be terrible ,nothing to do except look at high desert,traffic, crowded, expensive , if you have big $$ can get decent home $ 450,000 up , you've been warned just visit

Just a curious question, how is jobs in the truck driving? That area is one of a few areas we are looking at.

Lot of demand for local truck driving. I don't know about out of town truck driving. Before moving to the area I would make sure I had a job secured.

I will do a video on Chino in the coming months. Cottonwood and the Verde Valley is nice. Lower elevation and quite a bit warmer than Prescott in the summer

Hi there I want to move to Prescott valley in August 2021. Right now my credit score is 599 because I maxed out my credit cards and added several hard inquiries but before that my score was about 684. Right now I’m paying down all my credit card debt which should significantly boost my score. I currently work at a warehouse and I’m projected to make about $43,0000-$50,000 per year by March/ April. I was wondering what tips you might have for me to be able to move. I would prefer to outright buy a home but I don’t have any down payment saved. I currently live in Colorado and I would be a first time home buyer.

If your a Vet you don't need a down payment, but it helps.

If you go through NACA you can buy a home with no down payment and a below prime interest rate. No closing costs. No minimum credit score. They operate in AZ and other states. You can buy up to a 4 plex and use the projected 75% of rental income to help qualify. You must occupy one of the units.

Has the racial profiling died down? when i was living in pv back in 2007 cops would pull anyone over who had black hair brown eyes or anybody who looked hispanic got so bad we had to move
