Thanks for sharing our neighborhood....we love this community and friendly atmosphere however the HOA is approximately $191/quarter and that includes garbage service...

Thanks Bill. It's really sad how some who live there are so unfriendly and unwelcoming to outsiders. Last I checked, it's still a free country. Maybe not for long, but...wow, just wow. Maybe those unfriendly people there should clarify what kinds of people you don't want there, as in political party. My husband and I want to retire in Prescott. We are good people and would positively add to your community. We understand the attitude of not wanting certain people to move there to AZ and other free states from blue crap hole states. I totally get that. Just try to not be so rude, folks. Not everyone moving to Prescott are bad people. A lot of us are wonderful people. God bless America 🇺🇸 🙏❤!!!

Is there an average cost per square foot to build in the area? Trying to figure out the question of build vs buy.

Builders are very busy right now. Plan on 18 months to build. Lumber prices have doubled. Everything has gone up. Inflation is rearing it's ugly head. You will be minimum $200 a foot for building. Will depend on the lot, what materials you put in, and much more. $230 a foot or more for nice stuff. That does not include the price of the lot.
