I've come across this house in other realty listings. I'm sooo in love with this property even if I just saw it in the video. That's why I understand how overwhelmed Julia is and how she grasps for words to describe the feeling of being there. It's like what she describes as time standing still and you just savoring the moment--like all we ever want in life is a safe and peaceful place to stay. It's right here--and it's for sale! Too bad I can't afford the 80 million. But if I do win the lotto, this is hands down the first thing I'm gonna buy. Great presentation Julia! You speak from the heart. This house and lot is super worth it for 80million pesos, ang lawak ng lupa, ang daming animals and trees, at malayo sa maingay na siyudad. I would rather buy this than a hundred millions house and lot in subdivision.

A beautiful property, master bedroom is just lacking a walk-in wardrobe. Garden's surrounding the house and the pool area just perfect. Would have loved a tour of the farm area around too, it is absolutely ideal for quiet but luxurious living!

I dont know why but this is by far my favorite house... There's always something special about a farm and rustic house. I would definitely choose this over any modern houses. And the house itself is tho not as extravagant as the other houses, it has more home-ier feel to it, tho the floor size is still massive.

Love the house, the farm, everything! The only worry you have there is, it appears to be in a remote area. Knowing the Philippines, it can get very scary as there are too many criminals, how is the safety and security in the country at the moment? Many police and politicians are corrupt so if something happens to you, if you dont have connections, your case won't get anywhere. For foreigners interested, think and assess the safety of the area first. You wouldnt want to be ambushed while on the gate so criminals can enter the home or something and the worse. I might be too paranoid, but it's possible isn't it?
