Kiamunyi & Lanet has "upcountry" vibes for serenity lovers. Barnabas / Pipeline has "uptown" vibes for City lovers. Section 58 is however my favourite for it's strategic location, privacy & security. Milimani has no social life 😂 Rich vibes = Lonely vibes

For me Barnabas tops every estate… reasons… it’s futuristic. It has apartments, gated communities, modern schools, clubs, hotels, supermarkets, markets, proximity to major highways, it’s a town self serviced. If that dual carriage gets done na hio airport Barnabas will just be at another level.

Buda, I have challenge for you: Nimeona of late unaongelea vile London kuna nyumba nzee sana; tafadhali pia mulika tao. 1. Hii tao nyumba nyingi jo ni shantties (Sorry to say). Ona Mburu Gichua Rd, Gusii Rd, areas around Bontana Hotel na Riria Hub. Nyingi zao ni floor moja tu na honestly ni za kitambo sana. Na sijui mbona garage zimejaa hii jiji na ni CBD. These guys occupy prime places for construction. 2. Do a video on opportunities in Nakuru to invest & urge diaspora to invest (especially manufacturing): that's what puts money in people's pockets and spurs growth in all other areas. As long as theres no manufacturing we'll continue losing youth, money to Nairobi and that's why unaskia "Nakuru hakuna pesa" 3. Do a follow up on all projects started by Lee e.g Airport etc. Tunaomba kujua zilifika wapi. Shukran Sana Kaka!!!

Born and raised in London from the 90's to early 2000 then relocated to Milimani. Definately I'll choose Milimani as the best estate and concur that there is alot of privacy. You can still meet with people whom you were acquinted with even 15 - 20 years ago.

Basing on Nakuru Beyond the City my favorite estate is Kiamunyi and Bahati or the estate going towards subukia( Solai road) and why? exactly what you are talking about, greenery, trees, availability of fresh food. I also love milimani because of the same bushy looks and ngata because of the farms. Good job mkuu.
