Great Video and thank you. Yes this BMW leather lotion is in my opinion the absolute best! I’ve treated my 10yo 159k miles BMW F31 Black Dakota leather 3 times over the years with this product and the leather still looks brand new!! Infact… All the BMW cleaning / polishing / protection products are fantastic!! The Plastic Care lotion is also amazing! My interior still looks brand new!

Ps. I wet wash clean the leather first with a mild elbow grease detergent in a hot water bucket using micro fibre cloths

I have that same saddle brown on a white 328i coupe and looks so faded now smh, but my 440i with red interior is getting dirty definitely taking good care of this one

I remember bought this kit from BMW few years ago for my E60 dacota leather interior and when i read the instructions on the bottle there was a note stating that this is not suitable for dacota leather, so i didn't use it. Did you have the same note on your kit? maybe they made different versions. As far as i know the dacota is genuine animal leather, the new models have artificial leather, no more animal leathers in their cars..

Mine didn’t have that note and since this video I’ve tried it a few more times. It doesn’t work the best on older Dakota leather that’s worn down. Doesn’t really soften the leather as much as cleans it

@@lifebycars5849 Thank you for the reply! I will check with BMW dealers and probably will try this one. My leather still looks like new and is very clean but i think will be nice to apply some conditioner at some point :)
