I watch a homesteading (Hand Crafted Homestead on KZbin) vlog from the Czech Republic and they freeze single eggs cracked, stirred, raw, in ice cube trays and freeze similarly to you for use in the winter when the chickens don't lay. And they have a long winter there!

Hard-boiled eggs would freeze well. maybe deviled eggs and egg salad minus the crispy vegs which could be added when thawed. If you like them - pickled eggs

I’d be I retested to see how they taste after you thaw them. Would you consider trying to freeze them, uncooked, and then pull them out to cook. Could be an interesting taste test. Our chickens are definitely ramping up and I am starting to wonder what we’re going to do with all these eggs again.

I like to make meatloaf, stuffed peppers 🫑, and manicotti. Eggs are used to bind it together. Mini gluten-free quiches, gluten-free pot pies, and gluten-free pop overs. Breakfast burritos 🌯, gluten-free muffins, gluten-free waffles 🧇, gluten-free pancakes 🥞, gluten-free mini loafs of banana 🍌 bread 🍞. Also, gluten-free bread 🍞 dough to be made at a later date. Eggs 🥚 🪺 can also be frozen in ice cub trays for later use.

Use them in desserts and freeze them too...like pancakes..waffles..l heard you can freeze eggs too.

Yes I’ve heard of freezing eggs and we may resort to that soon! I’ve heard when you thaw them out they work great in desserts but not so great as just plain eggs. We will experiment with it at least once though!

Yes! We definitely want to try that, but I’ve seen it go awry sometimes and not taste as great. We will see… for now we would like to make recipes with eggs. Maybe some pasta next?
