MMDA, DILG, DA and DENR should work TOGETHER -- to make Metro-Manila GREENER and bird-friendly. Like planting more fruit trees that birds appreciate -- aratiles, duhat, siniguelas, bignay and bayabas. Also, replace the OLD coconut trees along Roxas Blvd. with DWARF COCONUTS. The fruits of the tall coconuts can be a FATAL HAZARD to pedestrians, if they fall on the latter during strong winds. Dwarf coconut trees also make a good photo background for tourists and visitors.
