Isn't it amazing how hypocritical Mexican presidents can be? This guy was talking on behalf of one of the biggest drug suppliers of the whole world (Mexico) and believe it or not his speech took place in the biggest drug consuming country around the world which is the United States of America, it's hilarious to see such a circus, former president Salinas claimed that his government was fighting drug dealers but did he really mean that? If his statement were true Mexico wouldn't be dealing with drug trafficking as much as it is now. It's like giving a speech about not smoking with a burning cigarette in hand, No president of Mexico's been willing nor able to erradicate drug cartels, they know it's not that simple since Mexican drug cartels are more powerful than the Mexican government. Every Mexican president has been using a certain motto related to fighting drug trafficking to attract sympathizers when in reality all they say's nothing but a big tease, Cartels in Mexico dictate Mexican authorities what to do and what not to do and also how to do it, that's how it's been and that's how it is now and I don't think that's gonna change. The phrase "Money talks" fits perfectly here. Mexican presidents' action speak louder than their own words.
