@usafo65468 жыл бұрын
1997jesus Not true. The Dream Act, developed by Oren Hatch, REPUBLICAN Senator from Utah, was introduced to Congress in 2001, but has never been approved. President Obama illegally tried to bypass Congress and sign an Executive Order (Dictator?) , but did not work. The full details are as follows below. So, you had several days and provided one example of a 15 year old piece of legislation that never gained Congressional approval, and in which Obama tried to illegally approve legislation without said approval, but was slapped down. Good try The DREAM Act (acronym for Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) is an American legislative proposal for a multi-phase process for undocumented immigrants in the United States that would first grant conditional residency and upon meeting further qualifications, permanent residency.
