I believe they are being granted because of how the AUSA presents it to the magistrate very limited information to the court and the judges don't ask questions. Just flat out misleading the court

I have sent a letter to all three of my state senators John from a KZbin channel informed me of the situation and i took the appropriate action. I do not have the trigger at this time but i plan on purchasing one in the future, if allowed. I try to support anyone that is doing business lawfully. I hope that the atf isn't just waiting for congress to make another unconstitutional law. Good luck to you sir

I called rare breed to have them custom make me a trigger for my rifle but they said they don't make forced reset triggers for Remington 700s. Some bullshit.

The Supreme Court just ruled in the EPA case, that an administration agency does not have the authority to make laws. That is the function of the Legislative Branch per the Supreme Court ruling. This ruling would also apply to the administration agency called the ATF. Just like the Bump Stock ban... there's no law to enforce a bump stock ban. In Michigan, the Michigan Supreme Court ruled that the bump stock ban is unlawful.

They DO NOT have the authority to change a law or make a ruling as a government agency, however you didn't include that one of their (all agencies) designed functions is to advise the Federal government and make suggestions for laws since the federal govt didn't expect itself to have that expertise. That's ultimately why they're so influential, they were designed to be. That stated I do feel the agency either has too much political leaning or more likely they feel the suggesting part of their job is most important. And they push more or less based on who's in office because of what they can actually get done. I don't think the MG restriction is right, but as a law the ATF would be expected to point out how fast a FRT allows a weapon to be fired since "spirit of the law." Once again, I'm not saying you're wrong because you are entirely correct, but I felt you left out those important details. Also on this specific situation, fuck the ATF that's against the very concept of due process.

I would like to see youtube take this video down. No one being vocal with a view or opinion which is different than the collective population should have a voice. Clearly that is what the ATF is looking to accomplish and why private companies like KZbin, twitter and others should help. We must all band together to remove any opinion that goes contrary to those which we are told are acceptable. If we can accomplish that the world will be safer. I know many people will return with hateful speech. Suggesting that this opens the doors to many more dangerous changes and perhaps even re-writing the constitution. Those doors are already open. Clearly we already have institutions that we empowered to filter information and well before that those which were/are responsible to interpret law, re-define that law and execute judgements. Written history clearly shows that these institutions always find favor in representing the population fairly with equity and justice. Any instances where that is not the case can be submitted for written removal therefore ensuring that written history is in favor and support of this movement. We only need to be fearful of people who do not wholly trust these institutions, those who will not forfeit their God Given rights in an attempt to undermine the collective ability for future change. Only together, blindly lead by great selfless, equitable and benevolent leaders will be evolve into a truly advanced society. Lay down your arms, join me brothers and sip my uncle's kool aid.

Under the ILLEGAL GCA and ILLEGAL NFA most FRT are 100% machine guns. We need to fight against the GCA and NFA, not play word games about how the illegal laws get read. The law is very clear that, (when read with mechanical understanding), a semiautomatic firing sequence is NOT automatic firing sequence because the PERSON has to PHYSICALLY release the trigger. This is what QUALIFIES a semiautomatic within the law because the law states, "MANUAL RELOADING". The "MANUAL" part is the "MANUAL" pulling OFF the trigger. I'm sorry you thought you found a way around the full-auto law. It was a honest try. We need to fight against the laws themselves, not play word games. I freaking hate this new wave of ball-less wimp-ass tactics where the public finds loopholes in the law to get around the law, when we should be united against the law and have it repelled.
