Anyone else noticed how the Navy personnel came to a halt at 3:18? Why is their method far different from the Army and the Air Force?

The Ghanan Navy may have been trained by the French or the Germans instead of the British. Or, they might have decided to be distinctive; this sometimes happens as a result of Service rivalries. It's not that uncommon.

Naval personnel work in ships and on territorial waters.If they are to bang like how the Army and Air Force do,guess what might happen
