We waited for action after words.Since 2013 he does the same. This akorino conference has not been different. Recently the jamhuri celebrations he talked tough. Tough words and bravado to do something to change but still to date..Kenyans still wait. It is correct to say that he uses this seemingly 'action time ' tone to reset the other tough talk he didn't or hasn't do anything to walk that talk. 2022 is less than 3 years.
