I think the Bus was a donation by a Company wanting to do business in Kenya, The President was just there for goodwill, and that is how foreign Companies can enter the Market - by appearing to be associated with the Head of State.

President Kenyatta said the Government is looking into the possibility of establishing stadiums for local teams to enable them raise funds for themselves in addition to utilizing the facilities as training venues.
