I couldn't agree more, we need political support to effect what you're saying, we need an environment minister who can actualize, we need to stop misappropriating plastic waste in rivers and oceans. We desperately need an aggressive cabinet secretary. a serious collaboration between governments at both levels, intentionally. Then effect existing laws in so far as plastic waste is concerned.
