However, it does make some strategic sense form the standpoint that they may feel their base is so opposed to Trump that even if they run ads siding with him they don’t feel they will lose those votes. All my friends and family are much wealthier than they were four years and most decided to retire too. We have the strongest economy in the world, historically low unemployment, wages are out pacing inflation, historically high stock markets, 3% GDP and inflation is about 2%. I’ve more than double my net worth over the last four years. If you’re struggling, work harder and get more educated, there are plenty of good paying jobs. I worked my ass off when I was young and bought a house when interest rates were 12%. I didn’t whine and complain, I worked hard, snowflake. The most important reason I’ll vote democrat is Trump is a convicted criminal who fomented an insurrection. FYI-I voted Republican since Reagan.

It's an incentive for American compaines to stay in American. NAFTA cost america millions of factory jobs, as they went to Mexico and overseas for cheaper labor. Not only do Americans lose jobs when compaines leave the US, but the income tax generated by the employees of the factories is also lost. Its about keeping American jobs in America. Public education has obviously failed, because it's amazing how many people never learned how government works? Maybe public education is tailored to keep the working class dumb, but if you actually education yourself on the issue, tariffs make perfect sense. It keeps jobs in the US, and raises prices on foreign products cause people to buy American made products because they don't have tariff tax incorporated into their price making them more expensive. Its a bullish way to force people to buy American. But is that bad? I'd much rather support an American company and its American workers. To think PA would vote Democrat baffles me because Clinton's NAFTA act killed thousands of steele worker jobs, as it cut tarrifs, allowing the Chinese steele dominate the market killing hunders of thousands of American factory jobs. American needs to dominate productions and tariffs support that.
