Ok lang po sa amin ang lumapit sa dswd , pcso , doh. Ang mahirap po ang lumapit sa mga politiko kay congressman, mayor , gob, etc. nagkakautang na loob po kami. Nalulubog sa utang na loob . Pero di naman ata sa sariling pera nila yung pinamimigay.

How can the smaller LGUs afford to borrow to build hospitals. Why can’t the national government build national hospitals .. funded by the national government which is called universal healthcare care

Looks like it is hard to get help from Philhealth if you’re not a member. If that’s correct, why would the government put or give public funds to Philhealth. Can the government set it up like SSS for private employees and GSIS gor government employees.. the government might just as well set up a universal healthcare for the needy, seniors and can’t afford.
