Any profession if people are unhappy with their compensation or exclusive working they switch common e.g with IT folks if they don’t get good ratings and appraisal they switch or if they are developers by profession but given role of Tester or Support it leads to job Unsatisfaction then why not TV industry. If producers are responsible for making the show then artist runs the show. Mutual respect and understanding should be between employer and employee in every industry.
