After CrownHeights.info was the first to break the news of shocking case of police brutality, where surveillance video captured the entire scene, a press conference was held where local politicians called for the firing of the police officers involved as well as a full investigation.

you do NOT have the right to resist arrest.... EVER. I do agree that cop took it way overboard. they imply should have wrestled him to the ground. there was no reason to strike someone not striking back.

It is unreasonable to expect adults in a position of authority to use GOOD JUDGEMENT? This is extremely disturbing video to watch: the guy was simply stating his case, why he was allowed to be here and because he didn't automatically believe he was guilty and comply with being arresting he got the crap beat out of him? That Ehud guy didn't even raise his hands up in defense as that cop went all macho nutcase on him. I could see this happening to many innocent people who try to reason with cops.

how do you come to that fascist conclusion?if the attempted arrest is illegal why should you not resist?and if you are arrested illegal why should the officer not be charged?

really? I DID! did you not see when they try to grab hi hands and arms and he pulls away multiple times. he is OBVIOUSLY resisting. saying that he want being threatening to the cop so i don't understand why RAMBO there thought he needed to bash the kids skull in.

Oh, I think this time things might go differently for the police officers. They weren't beating some homeless person with no support. They beat a good Jewish boy and got caught lying about it. As the Rabbi said, if it can happen here, where else does it happen. Union or no union those popo are toast.

While I do not in any way condone the officers actions there is something being overlooked here. The shelter called the police in! IF there was permission to stay then the good Rabbi was not wise enough to let all pertinent staff know this. Secondly , we don't have sound but we do see Ehud resisting arrest. He should have gone along and used his phone call to the shelter's Rabbi to straighten out. As for the cops. they need prolonged unpaid leave to say the least !

As I said I DO NOT CONDONE the cops actions, however had there not been the stupid actions peformed that allowed this to happen this event wouldn't not have played out as it did. Why were th cops called on him in the first place?!! The building would have been private property and closed...the security guard called the cops in.
