Why are they saying sir after doing the pushups? What kind of cheesy stuff is that? And why are they marching like that? These people signed up to be correction officers. Actually they signed up for the money considering this is one of the worst jobs on the planet. But why is everything “sir” and all professional. For the police it makes sense, but for corrections?.. give me a break. Just train these guys, show them what they need to do, and cut out the wanna be military for a job that has nothing to do with the military.
