Took a wage cut and sat in a B team but clements stubbornness nearly made him leave and who knows where in the table we’d be if he just once picked the best 11 because he never has ever.

Was a contract issue with the club, not the manager.

@@GetItRightUpYees he played the full 90 minutes at the wknd, up until then he was playing B team and was not up to speed or match fitness. He also is not part of our euro squad so that limits his game time, so expect to see more of him in the league and cups. As soon as he was available he was playing and got a red card in his first game back! Was never a Player/Manager issue, we all know it was a contract issue and that is out of the managers hands. I Clement is told not play him because 1 more appearance activates a contract clause do you really think he is going to go against the board??? Next time engage your brain pal
