Ohio State now has a second vacancy on its coaching staff for 2025 as Justin Frye is leaving his post as offensive line coach after three seasons with the Buckeyes to take on the same role with the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals.
It’s a logical move for Frye that speaks to his ability as an offensive line developer while allowing him to no longer have to worry about recruiting, but it thrusts the Buckeyes into the market for a new offensive line coach in addition to a new defensive coordinator.
Who could replace Frye as Ohio State’s offensive line coach? We weigh some of the potential options including former Ohio State offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson and renowned former Buckeye lineman LeCharles Bentley, among other names that could emerge as Ohio State’s search begins.
