I retired from Houston Chronicle maintenance dept. after working on news and commercial presses for them for 20 years. Worked on all types of reel stands as a maintenance tech-- Goss, Butler, Offset, Hanshaw, and more. Air logic, e-p all pretty much the same move the tension roller up, and the brake release, move it down, and brake increase. Or vice versa, depending on the layout.
