A dignified plea from Gina on a very emotive day for her, with a very moving tribute to her father's memory, which clearly affected her deeply. Good to see Mr Whoppit wearing his medal (and I love the blue nails!) Now we just need to get the boat back where it belongs.

A very dignified & impassioned presentation from Gina together with a beautiful song in tribute. Perhaps there should already be an on-line "social media" or KZbin petition, accompanied by this video and maybe you pen a sequel tune...... "Bring the Boat Back Home" (oops - Les Miserables!) ...... "Bring Bluebird Back Home" to support the campaign? l would sign it immediately without any hesitation. Bluebird should obviously be on permanent display in Coniston at The Ruskin Museum for all to see, marvel at and appreciate the accomplishment, achievements & reputation of Donald Campbell, his team, colleagues and family.

What an emotional event, and such a beautiful and fitting song. Is any legal action likely to be taken against the chap who won’t give Bluebird back? If funds are an issue, it’d be an excellent candidate for crowdfunding.
