In this very remote spot, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and within the curtilage of the Grade II Presser Pumping Station, they want to build three new houses (and upgrade the pumping station into a five bedroom house). Objections to Wear Valley Planners by mid-October.

that house behind the pumping station i flew my phantom advanced over his property 3 years ago, and he came upto me and accused me of spying over his property and he was very angry then i told him there is no law that says i cant fly my drone out in the countryside well away from people and told him the sky is free for everyone to use, and then i sent him on his way with a few harsh words from me too.

I think a lot of that behaviour sprang up after the Heathrow drone fiasco. The national press made drones seem like an existential threat! I've had the same thing from time to time, spoils the day for me.
