Today, we're in Mu Nai He, the industrial park of Pu'er city where most tea cakes from the region are pressed. We visit Yang Bin's factory, who has pressed our cakes since 2016.
Let's have a quick unscripted tour and see how our autumn pu-erh teas are treated there. I hope they won't over-dry the cakes!

I think the thing that impresses me the most in this is the perfect hand wrapping. When I get new cake, I always needle from bottom, middle out to keep the round shape and diligently try to refold the wrapper after each use as part of the act of being present, but it never lasts long.

Oh yes those girls are so skilful, I make a real botched job of rewrapping my cakes after a session. 😂😂

I have just started to take an interest in the pressing process, I even commented under one of the videos a few days ago on this very subject, and today there is a new video on that matter! Thank you!

That was extremely interesting, I never really thought about how a tea cake is actually pressed.
