@@HisPeculiarTreasure I agree. I’ve been watching homesteader or home preservation channels for years and almost never get new suggestions. But my kid watched and subscribed to one ridiculous gaming channel and all I get are gaming recommendations. So frustrating having to get rid of the clickbait rubbish and to try and get actual content I want 😅

This is why I love Canuary. I've been canning for 40 years and I'm still learning new things. I never would have thought of canning cornish hens. And the herb seasoning sounds delicious. I can't wait to find some on sale and get them in the canner.

Love this idea of canning two different products at once! It's just the two of us so I generally do smaller batches. This will save me so much time (and money) processing two recipes at once!

You definitely can! As long as you use the longest time between the two items. And some items have the same processing time. I have done chicken and beef at the same time. It's great to run your canner as full as possible!

I haven’t had Cornish hens since the 80’s. I so want to try this. Love those jars. Haven’t been able to get these where I live for a couple years now. Can’t get quart jars where I live now either. Thank you for the great recipes. 😊

I've thoroughly enjoyed all the canuary videos that I have been watching and learned a lot of new recipes. This year my hubby is making me some raised garden beds and I am hoping I am able to have a good season so I will be able to can and stock my pantry to the full max.
