Answer: कुकर के अंदर का सारा प्रेशर पानी के भाप में बनने से आ रहा है. अगर कुकर के अंदर पानी ही नहीं है तो कुछ ख़ास प्रेशर नहीं बनेगा. उसके अंदर की हवा का प्रेशर ज़रूर बढ़ सकता है, लेकिन वो इतना नहीं होगा कि कुकर ब्लास्ट हो जाए. होगा ये कि कुकर चढ़ा-चढ़ा बहुत गर्म हो जाएगा. और थोड़ी देर बाद वो काला हो जाएगा.

जो चीज़ खुले पतीले में 100 डिग्री में उबलने पर 8 घंटे लेती है. वो प्रेशर कुकर के अंदर 120 डिग्री में 30 मिनट के अंदर बन जाती है बन जाती है. सबसे बढ़िया बात ये है कि गर्मी के साथ मिलकर कुकर के अंदर का प्रेशर खाने को बहुत ही मुलायम बना देता है.

Gas ki idle equation PV= nrt, yani kisi gas ka jitna temperature badhega uska pressure v utna hi jyada badhta jayega, khali kukr me air hoti h jis pr ye equation apply hota h, isliye khali kukr ko aag me rakhne pr uske andr ka temperature badhta jayega aur pressure v is trh kukr k fatne ki puri possibility hoti h...so don't try..

Instead, isn't it the higher energy states of the molecules in a heated state that allows them to break off from the inter-molecular bonds and move away? I mean, the bond strength remains the same but it's the higher kinetic energy of the molecules that triggers phase transitions in water.🤔

# ऊँचाई पर वायुमंडलीय दाब घट जाता है जिससे पानी का क्वथनांक कम हो जाता है और पानी जल्दी ही वाष्प बनकर उड़ जाता है। # खाना पकाते समय पानी का ताप कम रहने के कारण खाना देर से पकता है। जब हम पहाड़ों पर अथवा ऊंचाई पर जाते हैं तो वहां पर वायुमंडलीय दाब सामान्य वायुमंडलीय दाब (1 atm) से कम होता है। इस कारण पानी का क्वथनांक घट जाता है अर्थात पानी कम ताप पर ही उबलने लगता है। स्वाभाविक रुप से कम ताप का अर्थ कम ऊष्मा से है। इस कारण खाने को ऊष्मा कम मिलती है जिसके कारण खाना देर से पकता है।
