Thanks , useful info, how long u r using this pump.. Just wanted to confirm on pump positioning, as per instruction it should be horizontal not vertical, but as per space vertical is more suitable so if it’s working fine for long duration than it’s fine.

I am using it from last 1 month. You are correct. motor shaft shall be horizontal as per manual drawings. I have kept pump in wrong way, to remove maximum water from syntex. That is to reduce dead volume of Syntex tank. If you can install pump below bottom line of Syntex, then you can keep pump with horizontal shaft position ( 3 correct positions given in manual). Also you can remove max holdup of Syntex.

Hi Deepak Thanks for the Video Mate !! I am facing pressure issue in the shower and Toilet flush(no tank flush valve) The vertical height between the tank and shower is 4-5 feet only. Can this VGuard little pump of 0.18hp solve this problem. Or do i need to buy a 0.5hp bigger pump. I read in reviews that this small pump doesnt deliver enough pressure for shower & Toilet & the 0.5hp pump is a bit expensive and might also cause leakage issues in the connections because if higher pressure. Will appreciate your suggestion.

Yes. 0.18 kw pump is ok for 5ft height. That is shower is 5ft above tank. You will get around 1m3/hr flow for 5ft height. If your tank is 5ft above shower then you will get 1.8 m3/hr flow

Ok. Please check leakage from pump or piping. Damage of Pump gasket can cause leakage from pump.

Hi , I live in an apartment where pressure is always maintained but water has a high salt content. I have a counter top dishwasher but due to high salt content scaling appears badly. I have planned to install a plastic tank (50L )beneath the dishwasher. I'll connect my R.O to the tank. If I run R.O say 4-5 hours then the tank will be filled with clean water. Till this step I have no doubt. If I connect the pressure pump from clean water tank ( located under ) to the dishwasher inlet and set it up in auto mode will this arrangement work. My intention is to supply clean water to the dishwasher. Dishwasher typical consumption per cycle is 10 L max .

Hello. I am assuming that Dishwasher bottom and 50 L plastic tank bottom is at same level. Pressure Pump suction is connected to 50 L plastic tank and discharge is connected to Dishwasher. Pressure Pump inlet and outlet line size is 1". With above arrangement you will get pressure around 1 kg/cm2 gauge and 24 lit per minute flowrate. I think it will work and satisfy your requirement. Elevation of "50 L plastic tank with pump" can be above Dishwasher. But do not install "50 L plastic tank with pump" below elevation of Dishwasher. It will reduce pressure.

@@deepakkhilari7415 50 L tank will be placed below the counter i.e below dishwasher because 1. I have no loft 2. Even If I fabricate a stand and place the tank above dish washer I will not be able to pump the R.O water to the tank. Any other alternative?

@Prashanth ji, 1 to 1.5 meter height difference between pump and Dishwasher is acceptable. That is pump is at floor and Dishwasher is above 1 meter.

Please watch complete video. Suction piping shall be similar to video to work pump in auto mode.. There shall be gravity flow from line/pump to start pump in auto mode. Syntex tank and water pump shall be above washing machine as like video.

Do you need hot water in shower ? If yes then no need to install pump after geyser. You can install pump at bottom of water storage/Syntex tank. This will pump water to shower via geyser. But for more flowrate of 30 LPM, you will not get very hot water.

Geyser Inlet if fixed on Pressure Pump outlet the problem is solved -- The pump is than pussing Cold water to Geyser resulting in enhanced pressure fro Hot water outlet in Geyser. The pressure pump can route the hot water also -- But the Aforementioned techniques enhances the life of PPump. Rgds

Automatic pump starts only when you consume water for washing machine or shower or tap. Once you stop consumption, pump will stop

Auto me rakhna. To har time on off karna jaruri nhi. Pani ka use nhi hoga to automatically band hoga. Pani ka use karoge to automatically start hoga. Light nahi rahegi ya fir pump switch band karoge to pani ka normal flow hoga by gravity

For front load washing machine, Pressure is required. Lower pressure can cause water valve failure. If your machine is working then Pump is not required. Is your machine front load? What is the approx height difference between tank/ Syntex to washing machine?

Pump will work in manual mode only in ur case. There shall be gravity flow from line/pump to start pump in auto mode . That is possible in my case shown in video. To have gravity flow from line and pump , Syntex tank and pump shall be above washing machine.

Hello sir thank you so much for making video as i was finding such videos. Yesterday i install the same motor but i am not satisfied with the pressure as i can only see minimal difference as if i want to explain u in simple words i live in apartment where we usually gets water at morning 8 and evening 8 so. The pressure which is get at that time i was expecting same but when installed the pump i am not getting that pressure as when the machine is off the pressure which get is only 2-3% difference when the motor is on .
