The surface cleaner is like 20 times faster.. I have the same simpson with the 15 inch surface cleaner

There isn't a single "big name" brand left making these. Nothing but Chinese made.

THIS IS A PIECE OF JUNK. DON'T BUY IT IF YOU PLAN ON USING IT REGULARLY!! Had mine for 2 years - used it MAYBE 5 or 6 times and the pump is shot. Don't waste your money of this because the pumps are junk. Motor still runs great but no pressure - yes, I checked the unloader valve and it's working fine. JUNK!

Maybe it's because you didn't take care of the pump properly? When storing it for a long duration pump saver needs to be used. I have the same exact pressure washer so please let me know if the pump failed for no reason or because precautions were not made.

@@louisd95714 Cheap pump - most web sites will tell you that the axial pumps don't last very long - this is the type pump that comes with this unit. Had a Honda with the same type pump and used it for years - never used pump saver - no issues. Stored this one the exact same way/same place - housed indoors - 2 years - that's it. Most websites say to spend the extra money for the triplex pumps - next time I will. Great engine - cheap pump - get what you pay for.

I ordered it from Amazon . It came with a hole in the gun & a dent in the muffler cover. I call Simpson & they said they’d mail me the broken parts. I put the oil in & gased it up. Started up but no pressure. After inspecting I see this is a used machine! I called them at Simpson & told them I wanted to return it because it was defected. They told me they wouldn’t take it back to bring it to get serviced. I’d never recommend this company! They pass off used machines that can’t be returned
