Do you like the 1/2 or 5/8 Softwash hose for the 12 v system

Can anyone help me with this problem? I have an $800 cat pressure washer pump but its only designed to put out 1000PSI tops. I see many used or vintage pumps that put out very little compared to today. Does anyone make a booster pump where the inlet is 500-1000 PSI and the outlet is 4000? I've studied some pumps and they often have a low pressure check valve then a high pressure check valve powered by the same reciprocating shaft. I'm basically looking for a simple pump that only uses a high pressure check valve. I have the feeling I'll need to build one. Any help would be appreciated.

What are you looking to accomplish with this setup? What are you mainly using it for? Seems to me that you may need a new pump with a higher psi output.

@@KentuckyWashPros I want to accomplish 4000 psi using a pump that puts out 1000 psi. Before you say it can't be done, there is a thing called a booster pump-2 pumps in a series. The first pump supplies the second. Therefore the second pump wouldn't need to work as hard, wouldn't require big horsepower, and would have fewer parts. Beside that, 4000 wasn't as common back in the day and I can see a big demand from people with older pumps who would like the big PSI, The typical high pressure pistons use 2 stages (low and high). My "booster" would have inlet pressure of say 800psi and could be single stage. Basically I'm wonder if anyone builds one yet? It will happen but not sure if it has. I have similar problems all the time-I'd like things that no one built yet so I build it, which is why I have a milling machine, lathe, foundry, etc. I'm just hoping someone builds one so I don't have to. I currently use the zk1, I prefer that over the pressure trapped ones. I would like to try the Pulsar unloader, they are suppose to be the Cadillac of unloaders.

Thanks you! My marketing when I first started was Yard signs and Facebook Ads. This last year 2023 I didn't do either one and worked off word of mouth and referrals. I've got big plans for 2024 with marketing!
