Prestige City starting price of 1.15cr is too costly💸📈 at the pre launch for a place like Ghaziabad where there is no metro 🚉 proposed. Also it's without RERA ☠️ and it's there first project in NCR, don't know how would they manage it. Might fail as Godrej 🔐 failed 👎to deliver after the same hype.

Price for ghaziabad is too high... Avi kisi ke kehne pe 2,000 koi q de dega extra.. Very disappointed from u for advocating this unreasonable price at ghaziabad

I got a call from prestige today and they have confirmed that eoi will start from first week of oct 24 through prestige site office. They have advised not to give any chqs to the dealers. The project will start from Nov24 and will be delivered in 4 years.
