The rate at which Prestige would be launching is ₹12,000. According to your logic, there will be approx 70% returns in 4 years, that means the rate should be 19,000 after 4 years. Are you joking? Why would someone buy 19k price in Gaziabad when you can easily get a flat in Noida with that rate

Prestige is launching at 12K and currently there are projects in Noida in 10K but still people are interested in Prestige And you are comparing Prestige’s price of approx 19K which will be after 4 years with current properties in Noida..

Same prestige city Hyderabad me daaldo. Abhi bhi 10k pricing hai after 13 months from launch date. Better infra, better connectivity, better high paying jobs, much much better AQI. God knows why there is a huge FOMO for buying every property in NCR

Correct 12k + other charges almost 13k is way too expensive. Yes units will sell but its not a investor friendly project. Its purely a end user pricing
