I am also landlord of multiple properties. Averaged 11-12 hours of work everyday, excluding weekends, never vacationed out of India or owned a car. I am 36 and can literally retire and live off just from rental income for the rest of my life, just because I chose to focus on work, save and buy properties for the last 13 years.

Very much needed for Youngsters who have chosen expensive to live Cities for Work without realising the consequences of Rent eating away their Monthly take home Salaries which are not increasing fast paced at all. Hard hitting fact is that it's way difficult to think about buying a house..unless you have some property to sell or can get min 1Cr of loan. Which most bachelor's may not get and even if they get what assurance they have that their current job will not ever be lost. It's easy for those who have got their home and are now giving such a simplistic idea of buying a house in gurgaon. Hope you can understand it.. thankfully I have bought a house, it's easy to mock and suggest ppl to buy the house but ppl really have already got many liabilities to finish before they can target for their homes. Pls be more kind to their plight. Just Don'lt start to do as everyone might appear to be doing. do when it's bit convenient for you..the uncles who are inspiring you to buy houses will not pay your EMIs ever. At that time they will say, you should have seen your financial condition eyc etc and now deal with it by yourself.b

hard hitting video for youth who don’t believe in buying flat for own use. At the age of 40, I can say, each and every word makes financial and common sense. I am NISM certified MF distributor and promote SIPs but home buying is an important goal and for down payment of home also, youth needs to do SIP, stop SIP and replace with EMI & restart SIP after 3-5 years of taking home loan when salary rises, emi does not rise but rent rises every 11 months !

I have house in haldwani 3000 sq feet. Still I bought flat in ghaziabad for 48 LPA in affordable 3bhk. Now it is selling at 70 lakh after one year. By 2025-2026 it will cross 1cr. Invest in asset only. Be it real state , mutual fund . Do not park it on saving bank. Inflation will eat your purchase power.
