Once u turn the knob to Max, can we turn the knob back to high or low? I bought this and boiled water for testing. I filled water, plugged into the socket nd switched on. I slowly turned the knob from off to max nd then after water starts boiling, i reversed the knob back slowly just to simmer at high or low. BUT the power supply completely gets off before reaching to off point. It makes "tuck" sound in between high nd max indicating its starting to cook but no sound between off to low or low to high. Is it company default or My unit has some problem.

Thats a company default. Even our multicooker does the same thing but its working fine from many years

Auto cut ka purpose hi hota hai temperature maintain karna. It is normal. You need to switch it off to stop boiling

Frying requires very high temperature. This device is temperature controlled hence not suitable for frying. For making sabji, it depends what sabji you want to make. If you are making lauki ki sabji or anything that is cooked on medium temperature, it can be done.

This is not a fryer. This equipment is meant for light cooking which is done at low temperature. Hence the auto cut function of the equipment cuts off the power whenever the temperature goes above limit. since frying involves high temperature, it auto cuts. Try boiling and light sauteeing instead, it will not auto cut.
