I’m thinking about getting the same kit you have what kind of computer do it take and what kind do you have

any PC will work I use a Dell XPS 15" with an AMD Ryzen CPU Laptop with a older GTX 1050 GPU. Any laptop is good as your mostly running the rip software from it unless you plan on running design software as well like adobe or affinity just make sure you have a good amount of Ram 16gb on up I use 32gb in mine and a NVME 2TB SSD drive as my main and a good GPU AMD or Nvidia is mostly what youll want in a desktop or Laptop

Don’t buy anything from all American print supply. Their customer service absolutely sucks. I’ve been down for two months with my A3 R. They just keep sending me hard after part hoping that it will fix the problem.

@@Southsidewheelsga Sorry to hear about your support from another company I also have heard iffy things about AAPS customer service, great thing is that this printer has the support of both Pro World and DTF Station which Vince @ DTF station and pro World have been pretty awesome and the group support they have is great too

It’s crazy how much these local companies mark up the price though.. it’s imported from China with range price of $4,000-$5,000 for both printer and the oven & dusting machine. But local tech support definitely is the advantage. In Indonesia it’s selling at $6,000
@esentlАй бұрын
yeah tech support especially locally is where we have benefited the most when it comes to our DTF machines when we need help within hours the techs are there in shop if or when we need them

Which one is better Procolored L1800 or the prestige R2?
@esentl7 ай бұрын
In my opinion I like the Prestige series better, they are more on a commercial rated level, over the L1800. that printer is a very entry level printer especially an A3 model, I personally like the access you have on the R2 having panels and doors on all sides, to be able to maintain it very easily watch part 2, you'll see what I mean, If you have a small shop the 13" or 16" R2 and L2 setup would be a nice fit

Approximately how many prints will the ink bottles print? I know it depends on colors used and things, but just ball park.
@esentl5 ай бұрын
ball park ..maybe 50,000 plus, its alot of factors but you'll use less color and more white always and my the company can easily absorb a bottle of white everyday

I’d be interested to hear from others what time frame they estimate to reach profitability out of the machine? Certainly, this varies from business to business. However, I believe a legitimate estimate could be derived. Let’s say it’s a small company, less than 5 employees, ramping up a new business with a small client base.
@esentl3 ай бұрын
it would depend on your client base you already have and how well your advertising, DTF companies with 1 - 24" machine can easily clear 50k+ a month, if they have the clients to support that

May i ask , this printer needs a daily maintenance? i don't print everyday cause i also have a full time job and am worried about the maintaince. I keep hearing about print heads getting damage due to not printing everyday?
@esentl6 ай бұрын
As my video states in the series this printer has an auto maintenance feature where when left on idle mode it cleans its heads every 4 hours keeping the heads clean, it also cleans the heads during printer in intervals .... this is a feature you definitely want in a printer...definitely a reason why I chose this printer, hope that helps Evelyn thanks for watching

I came across these videos today and they scared me. It seems that it is necessary to take urgent precautions to protect from DTF powder. Watch_1: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z3uZmoeip9-aotksi=8QZ9u-wydUdF-MPf Watch_2: kzbin.inforBi9uAT8EHo?si=GoMTNoCNJnSNd_pb

The awareness is out but its more about safety when it comes to how people are setting up their DTF equipment, and how its being both vented and exhausted but also being aware of the technical data on the products your using will help everyone to be more safe when printing, thanks for the videos I just released one myself on the subject

I'll just purchase one new out the box and have all kinds of problems Customer service is not good at all They keep telling me I get back to you I have insurance They need to send me a new machine A s p I won't be ordered from there no more They don't care About the customers you lose real talk
@esentl5 ай бұрын
what company did you order from and which DTF printer did you order? what is the model of the one you purchased? what were the issues you were having? and what was your environment like.

If it’s anything like the A3 R it will be broke in the matter of a month. The text won’t respond to emails or calls and will take them forever to get you replacement parts. Asked me how I know.
@esentl7 ай бұрын
Never messed with A3, its too small for me, the R2 jumps to a more industrial level with the dual XP600 heads that are more stable ... not a fan of a 1390 stylus style print head imo you'll burn it out fast if attempting to print all day with DTF, thats another reason why I went this route
