@@PrestigeOfficeSolutions Hello...I have a WorkCentre 5865 and for some reason on screen panel has the following message "no communication with e-smart solution server" so when I try to type the IP address in the PC to access in the internet ... doesn't allow to connect ..I have done the ping with CMD typing the IP address of the copier and everything it's okay "4 found, 0 lost " I check submask and default gateway and it seems correct #'s...is there any idea? solution? or support to figure out this problem so I can print...Thank you and I hope please you can answer.

@@anirakestrella5206 My recommendation is to wipe out software and reinstall it. If you don't have access to the software you will need an authorized Xerox tech to do that for you

@@PrestigeOfficeSolutions Hello... How do you know when the network card it doesn't work? I noticed I cannot print the configuration report from the workcentre by it self not even can print at all.... I can make copies but no printing and it doesn't send an error code or error message; Thank you

@@djkellydzim7440 Many reasons could be the cause of this. Without being presend and troubleshooting it physically i can't tell you why. I would check the cable connection, make sure you have the right ip address on the machine, make sure the network baord is working, and the list goes on and on from here. if you can't figure it out, it might be best to call someonme to come down to trouble shoot. good luck!

Hi I have a Xerox 700 I don't get any network settings on the controle panel even in the admin mode and service mode and doesn't print the IP on config report i have have checked all cables and unplugged plugged everything back in any help thanks

i would first try updating firmware which you can find on xerox website. if this doesn't fix it you may have an issue with the control board or may require a NVRAM reset. best to call a xerox tech for further troubleshooting

many different reasons to cause this issue. best option is to have a tech come onsite and troubleshoot.

@@Footbalplus i'm assuming you will be using generic cylinders. definitely won't last as long as a brand new OEM drum unit. keep in mind drums have cleaning blade which are needed to keep clean copies. not worth the hassle if you ask me.

1111 or the serial number of the machine. make sure to capitalize the letters of the serial number
