Brilliant tip about using mono inside the pole when you don't want a full top kit of elastic. For years I have struggled with trying to trim bungs so they fit a bit further up, but with mono you can use whatever length of elastic you want!!

Another great video Lee. I am having trouble elasticating my monster edge pole. I have cut the tops down by a foot, also put a 4.5 mm internal bush, still my Dura slip 15 still seems to struggle even with duraslip lube. It seems as if there is too much elastic in the top kit? Am I doing something wrong 🤔

I'd suggest taking it to you'r local tackle shop, they may be able to help. It's hard to advise without seeing it in person :)

I have noticed some anglers have several inches of elastic hanging out of their puller bung, I dont know why, what are your thoughts

it allows them to tension the elastic to exactly how it's needed for that day :)

Why do you use imperial and metric dimensions, it's either one or the other, but not both
