The amount of information that comes out of Lee is mindblowing. ive been bingewatching him on the Preston youtube channel for the last few days resulting me buying this exact rod and i cannot wait to have it, get the ICS system which also blew my mind (im old school). Lee is a natural speaker and demonstrator, its a joy to listen to. but these words hit me hard: "a few more casts and see what i can LEARN for YOU." Wow.

Probably a stupid question but here I go. I've always wondered about a thing with rods. So in the video you have a 30g rod, but then you say you are putting a 30g feeder on it which is the exact same number as the one on the rod. And when filling the method up that's gonna go to say 40g and still the rod would be fine with it. So does the casting weight on the rod mean that you can put a maximum of a 30g method on it and you can comfortably load it up? Or that means that the rod can cast up to 30g maximum, meaning that the feeder with the food on it should weigh no more than 30g? I hope the question is clear enough? Thanks!

The casting weight relates to the maximum size of the feeder unloaded with bait :)
