In this session, i have discussed the provision of Presumption in detail. The Session covers meaning, types, different section list for each types and case laws. Session gone little lengthy but done so as this is a very important concept and i wanted to cover it in just one video. This is helpful for all other countries, which have the evidence act as the explanation remains same for all such nations. Hope helps.
