How many kinds of presumptions are there in indian evidence act ?

Basically presumptions are of two kinds, Presumption of Fact and Presumption of law Further Presumption of law are of two kinds- 1. Rebuttable Presumption 2. Irrebuttable presumpton

@@thegoldenlaw I am MPSC aspirant in recent exam there was one question that was- As per indian evidence act, presumptions are of ..... Kinds. 1) three 2) two 3) four 4) five As you have said there are only 2 kinds of resumptions but MPSC gave 3 presumption as a answer in their first answer key. So I want to make objection on this answer for that I need authentic reference of that. So would you give me authentic reference ?

If we ll say from exam point of view, then there are three, third one is mixed presumption of law and fact, which i have already referred in the video. But that is chiefly confined to English law so thats why i have not mentioned it. These type of presumptions are not dealt within Indian Evidence Act.
